Adaptive color space model based on dominant colors for image and video compression performance improvement

چکیده
This paper describes the use of some color spaces in JPEG image compression algorithm and their impact terms quality ratio, then proposes adaptive space models (ACSM) to improve performance lossy algorithm. The proposed ACSM consists of, dominant analysis YCoCg family. family is composed three spaces, which are YCcCr, YCpCg YCyCb. colors developed enables automatically select one based on suitability contained an image. experimental results using sixty test images, have varying colors, shapes textures, show that model provides improved 3 % 10 better than YCbCr, YDbDr, YCgCo-R In addition, a discrete transformation so its digital electronic implementation requires only two adders subtractors, both for forward inverse conversions.
